Cheers Boston, Congress Street; Boston, Massachusetts; Project architect for new awning/entrance canopy. Projected completion date: August, 1993. Projected cost: $5,000.
New Rochelle Downtown Mall, New Rochelle, New York; Project Manager for the post-occupancy evaluation of an older downtown shopping mall seeking to improve its attractiveness in competing with suburban malls, while increasing operational efficiency and security. Project included pedestrian counts, observation, detail analysis and conceptual design schemes for alterations to the facility.
77 North Washington Street; Boston, Massachusetts; Project Architect for refurbishing design strategy for entrance lobby and common areas through an 11 story commercial office building within an historic commercial building converted to professional offices. Project completion: June, 1994. Subsequent assignments include exterior refurbishment, elevator cab replacement and office renovation.
Third Realty D Trust; Quincy, Massachusetts; Storefront modernization project to replace two complete storefronts and refurbish three existing storefronts at a major retail intersection. Renovation fully compliant with Quincy 2000 Main Street Modernization Program and included accessibility modifications. Project completion: October, 1996.
65 Franklin Street; Boston, Massachusetts; Project Architect for commercial lobby refurbishment and tenant corridor upgrades, including lighting, carpeting and paint selection.
Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza; Maynard, Massachusetts: Project Architect for renovations and modifications to casual dining restaurants in various locations including Wellesley, Lexington Center, Cambridge, Waltham, Fanuiel Hall, Massachusetts and East providence Rhode Island.
Pizza Palloza; Newton, Massachusetts: Project Architect for renovation of former ice cream shop into full service gourmet pizza establishment for a new venture.
