Space Planning, Architectural Design and Project Management for the full renovation and build-out of 18,600 SF of office space in a high-rise office tower. Our work included a very collaborative facility programming effort; as well as site selection working closely with the corporate client, its local executives who occupy the completed space and the company’s own internal  Real Estate Department. Working within geographically distant lease space, with onsite management personnel is always a challenge and we were able to successfully navigate this project, assisting the client in vacating its previous lease space and relocating their ongoing operations on time and within budget.
