Continuing a twenty year relationship as the Corporate Facility Planner, Programmer and Executive Architect for a privately held grocery company. The Arsenal is a historic district unto itself and was converted the corporate headquarters in 1985 from a decommissioned military installation. Comprising over 500,000 SF of modern office space, our role includes strategic planning, facility programming, space standards, interior architecture, design and project management. Historic Tax Credits were used in several phases of hte renovation and conversion.
