Historic English Regency Residence

Master planning, Renovation Design and Construction Administration for a 1903 English Regency residence. The multi-year project included expanding the original dining room, adding a new conservatory, exercise room with ensuite steam shower, expanded garage facilities, third floor entertainment center and restoration of the unpainted exterior stucco to match the original. Exterior improvements included custom terrace, entries, elaborate stone work, design and fabrication of an original, but never previously installed rooftop ballustrade, and redesigned six column pergolas to replace historic precursors.
