Hovey Street Two Family

When a client for whom we had completed two previous home renovations decided to renovate their two-family home, they again called Maxwell Architects. This project included modest upgrades and refreshing of the first floor rental apartment and more major renovation of the owner’s second and third floor unit. In addition to energy improvements including new insulation, cladding, roofing and replacement windows, structural repairs were made throughout the building. Interior modifications included a new custom  kitchen and an expansive and daylight filled master suite with a new ensuite bathroom and adjacent sky-lit dressing room.
