This renovation of two 19th century Brownstones included breaking through the party wall on multiple floors to create one gracious owners’ unit on the upper three floors. Integration of the two side-by-side buildings included significant structural repairs, as well as the additional of a property wide iron balcony off the kitchen and family room, top floor master suite and a two story rental apartment on the garden and street levels.
